Magical Kingdom
- Berwick-upon-Tweed is an ancient walled town on
the eastern border of England with Scotland. Scene of many battles and
part of the ancient Kingdom of Northumbria with its history and magnificent
castles. Famous also for its herd of Swans. It is over 400 years since James
6th of Scotland travelled through Berwick-upon-Tweed to London for his
coronation as James 1st of England, for the Union of the Crowns of England
and Scotland.
